We are very excited about your arrival and hope that your days here with us will be unforgettable and that your expectations will be exceeded. And to make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay, we have put some important information about Taman hotel below.

• Check in starting at 2:00 pm and check out until 12:00 pm;

• Our reception will be available 24 hours a day, for whatever you need. You can go to our team, call us by phone at extension 94, or talk on WhatsApp (+55 22 99833-2202);

• Our hotel has wi-fi available, with different routers. But, the password will always be the same. Therefore, the password 26232032, can be used for all networks;

• Breakfast will be waiting for you every day from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.;

• If you would like our staff to clean your suite, just leave the key at the reception. We will have it cleaned up by 2 pm of the requested day;

• For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking in the suites and the lounge areas of the hotel;

• Although being off-duty or on vacation is a party, we know that people have different styles. With that in mind, we will agree that guests will not use loudspeakers at a collective volume. In any hotel environment;

• For everyone's comfort, we ask that you please do not leave towels, beach towels, clothes, and any other fabrics lying around on the balconies or on the furniture of the accommodation;

• Another important item is not to wash clothes and shoes inside the suite and in the pool area;

• The suites are decorated thinking about how you would enjoy it with all the comfort you deserve. In that sense, please do not move furniture around and do not drag the furniture around. This can cause damage;

• By the way, we ask you to take good care of our facilities, for the good use of all. So, any damage caused to Taman's property, by the guest, will be charged according to the damage generated;

• Our hotel has a bar, open from 9am to 10pm, where you can order drinks, beverages, and snacks. In this case, we do not allow guests to bring food and drinks purchased elsewhere to be consumed at the hotel. To facilitate consumption, we provide a digital menu, which can be accessed via QR Code, available in our facilities

• Your suite has a safe key. If you wish to use it, just ask for the key at the reception;
